Yamaha Hydra drive valve body repair

Has your hydra drive distributor valve body failed due to a worn sleeve?
We can replace the worn sleeve/ bush with a precision ground item made from heat treated D2 steel. 45 - 50 HRc. Please note this is not a diy replacement as specialist equipment is needed to remove old sleeve.

Are you doing service exchange? I might have a couple of old units lying about might be of use to you. Would need to have a dig around but there was a couple message me if there any use seems a common issue

Hi Ken

It wont be exchange as I have no units left. It also depends on the condition of the pump. Over the years many legs were scrapped for this fault as the block is in the region of £2k. This is a recent development with one in service since the end of last year. I am using a harder sleeve as the original seems to just be mild steel and wears before the rings. Easier to change the rings than the sleeve.
If you have any complete blocks let me know.
