Davie here on the forum from David Anderson marine in Dundee will have or will get you everything you need from yamaha.
On the other hand I'm in west kilbride,if its just Yamaha bolts you want I've got loads of bits lying about off bust Yamaha's if your ever passing this way I'm sure we could find bolts to fix you up. Not sure what you mean by grommets and collars though
