Yamaha stern drive trim pump

My port Yamaha diesel sterndrive trim pump is running intermittently. The starboard pump did this a little while ago and when we pulled it apart it was not repairable, luckily I had a spare.

Fearing the worst I am looking for a replacement.

Anyone that has one they don't need anymore or knows where I can find one?

If you cant find a Yamaha one I'm fairly sure you could adapt a Volvo or mercruiser trim pump to fit the Yamaha hoses

they all do a similar job & Volvo & merc stuff is usually easier to find wireing is fairly simple the pump turns one direction for up & the opposite for down

hope you get sorted

I have a spare brand new Mercruiser pump and if it gets too hard, may do exactly that. Will probably need to change out the starboard motor as well so they trim at the same speed.

Got one from the US but would like another as a spare.

If anyone finds a decent one in the pile of bits that they would like to pack and send to Sydney Australia, it would be most appreciated.
