Yamaha v4 140hp
Not sure if this would be of interest, but I have a complete 140hp v4 powerhead which I bought new old stock in 2004. It is the early 140a block which has better porting and heads than the later downtuned 140b/130. It is Rest Of World spec - 50:1 not autolube.
It is ready to bolt on to any v4/v6 leg, and complete with all electrics and carbs. I ran it in for ten hrs and it has a total of 48hrs from new and always run on Amsoil premix. I only used it for a year when I replaced it with a 200hp powerhead. It has never been stripped or modified.
I will sell it as either complete standalone powerhead / carbs / electrics and exhaust tuner ready to replace a tired v4, or I do have a complete good leg, tray, 140 lid, 2005 v4 gearbox if you fancied building a complete engine (I was going to build it up again but have never got round to it.
I don't really know what value to put on it, £1500 powerhead or £1800 the lot?
