Yes, its fine and drove out from behind the boat last night in about 14" of snow, remarkable.

I think I'm agreeing with Codders again... a bit worrying

It's been a total nightmare. Portsmouth seems to have had it worse than anywhere in Hampshire I've been in the last few days. Managed to get the van stuck in the snow yesterday resulting in major clutch damage.

Haslar

Nice and chilly on Haslar Lake (Which is brackish - it's filled and refilled by Salt Water, so is slightly more salty than most)

I'll agree that it's not exactly risk free, but we took sensible precautions and were very cautious on the ice.

So how thick was it ? .. a sore point up here as our bon spiels just been cancelled
