WOW!! What a Trip..Defianetly the best ever!
First off the Peolple,Mrs M and I would sincrely like to thank Andy and Cathereine,Tony and Cheryll, and Joe,Steve and Michelle,Mick and Helen as well as the (Not so) littlle Disco Kids Hanna and Johnathan for makeing us feel so welcome and giving us such a fun time! We both realy enjoyed the trip immensely, which was is in no small measure down to you guys!
As to the Locals,Douglas who spent the whole day with us when we cicumnavigated 'Mull' was a great Help! Nothing was too much trouble for him,and his local savvy and running Historical commentry was both informative and Fun! A top guy all round...and to top it off left us with half a dozen fresh Lobsters from his own Boat..Fanfastic!
It was also great to finaly meet Jambo, and his lovely wife Lyndsey.Although we got told offf at the Live gig in Esadale (Blazeing Fiddles) for makeing too much noise (Talking Ribs)
A REAL Scotish Gent! With a wealth of Knollege, and a great sence of humour.. who we're all keen to do some cruiseing with!
I know I speak for all our Happy Band when I say how impressed we were with everyone we met and how Friendly and helpfull the locals were!
Thankyou Scotland!

Well what a great week we had up in the western Isles of Scotland we had a great time despite my engine problem. Thanks to Mr + Mrs Maximus for having us aboard you lovely new rib for the rest of the week.
Also it was a pleasure to meet Mr + Mrs jambo what a great evening we had with you at Easdale... superb.
Also hats off to Douglas for taking us round Mull safely and thanks for letting us use your tender for the week and organising a safe mooring for Imogen.
And last but not least thanks to Tony Hill of Sea Safari for letting me use his mooring at Easdale to keep Imogen safe.

Glad you guys had such a good time and are spreading the word.
EASDALE RIB RENDEZVOUS 2013 4th/5th May. As Douglas says the dates are fixed but we haven't as yet got to grips with the details. It is a winter job for us. We are still out on the water daily (well almost, had a couple of days of wind recently).
We are always happy to offer assistance and advice to people visiting the area with their RIBs. We believe we have the best sheltered harbour in the area, holiday accommodation to suit, a pub and of course some of the best RIB cruising ground in the world right on our doorstep.
For Easdale Harbour to gain funds for improvements we need to show it has a positive future which helps the local economy which is based on tourism. Do please come and visit whether it be for a couple of hours or a week.
Tony
