Good work Joe on the video , great record of a top lunch at Boathouse Gigha and good bottlenose encounter just beyond the Corry west side of Scarba
Had to have a take two on Sula flypast . Shocked at reckless speed! Glad it was at fast motion x2 on camera . Did not think I was doing 60 Knots !

When the sun shines or the seas are calm you can't beat the west coast for cruising [emoji1][emoji106]. Great video Joe can't wait to do it all again

....Not Sooo bad in the Rain....with a good destination either Mate eh!
Always a place of Awe and Beauty in my opinion.
Ghecko's sometimes come in handy though
After all ..."Weather's never Crappy if the Boat and Crew are..Happy!"

A bit of sun does make all the difference though Billy[emoji106]. We noticed this years ago, you can have exactly the same sea conditions & it feels completely different depending on if the sun is out or its grim. Go out in a bit of a blow with some white water & if its bright sunshine, it's just a bit of a laugh. Let the sun go in & the black clouds gather & it turns into a different ball game, it's all in the head.

Couldn't agree more Dave that wee bit of warm light makes all the difference and eases the anxiety as well [emoji106][emoji41]

I thought I'd dreamt that!
I'll put it down to Doing your bit for Anglo Scots relations Douglas!
I hear they were Kept as a Trophy Mate!
...Anyway Royal Mail would probably class em as Hazardous!

i have looked at your maps as they pass and cant work out if you based yourself in one place and did lots of trips. I'm thinking about a similar trip myself and whether thats the best way of doing it.

AFAIK those were lots of trips tasking out of the general Oban area. Despite Oban being the Brighton of the North*, it's a great spot to base yourself for a week or so.
That's a very nice video of my "away" cruising grounds. Nice one Joe!
