Alderney for lunch!

Well i can now blame Richard B for lack of progress on "top banana" because i took a day out to join Him on Blue Ice for a trip to Alderney with Julian and his dad Roger on their boat as well as Jackeen (Mr and Mrs).

Didn't have that when I was last in Alderney - mind you it was in '85.

Those steps hold fond memories though - fallen down them a couple of time after too much Alderney hospitality.

Good photo's, looks like you had great weather. Better than *@~#@@* Barcelona where I went for the weekend and it tipped it down and was blimmin freezin!

Glad you've done the cross channel thing at last Richard. Did you keep up with Julian OK?!
