VERY NICE PHOTOS!! and I said my wellcomes to you in the previous thread.
Where did you stay in Lefkas??
We stayed back in 2002 oposite Skorpios Island near Nidri. The hotel was right on the beach with own moorings and just a few meters North from the refuelling station. The hotel was called LOGANS!! Nothing special but spectacular views!!

Did you like Lefkas?? Didn't impress me that much have to say??

Were you there during or after the earthquakes?

Thank you for the wellcome.
You were in Perigiali , I know that site and an hotel with a bar on the beach.
I was in Santa Mavra camping in Dessimi beach, the first bay after Nidri going S.
I like Lefkas and it is near Igoumenutsa(I come from Lugano-Milano-Ancona).
I have been 6 times in L.and 2 times in Meganissi.
For 2 times in an hotel in Nidri (George apartment).
During the earthquakes Iwas at home from feew days.
I have do my holiday in juli.
Sorry for my english, I know ,it is very bad.

Firstly your English is better than my Italian. So there is no problem and you shouldn't appologise for that.

Regarding Leftkas 2002 summer it was the 1st time we went to the island and it did not impressed me.

The island overall is OK we went to see the falls and we spend hours on the water but it was not what I thought that it would be. This is my personal opinion only.

Meganisi is nice and has some nice coves to swim and have BBQs.

Have you been to Paxos and Antipaxos, Ithaki and Kefalonia?

Any way if you come next to Greece (usually the family goes for more or less 2 months 9th July - 30th August, and now with the business I am starting in Santorini I will be there as of mid March -Mid Novemebr) give us a call and may be we can catch up. If you want to sail the boat to Santorini as I said before Gabriele and Flora from Gommoni e Gommonauti are planning to visit us in the summer and if you want to come with them sailing in a convoy you are very wellcome.

By the way I have been to Lugano on business two years a go. I went to see a shipping and oil trading company called DALGANO or DALGAN if I remember correctly.

PS I realy like the name BARBAROSSA!!

I know that you are not good impressed from Lefas bat it is a good base for make day-cruise to the near island.
I frequently go to Meganissifor dinner and come back with the mooligth and the wheter is always quite.

You must go one time to the Sporades,

HAve to say again that these photos are wonderfull I will definately make a point to go there!! Looks fantastic!!
