hello everyone!!!! after a long time away from the site, i thought id better post sum pics up

weve now upgraded to a bigger 5.1 Osprey, one owner from new, only used in fresh water (lake district) 60hp Mariner, the difference in the deeper Vee hull is AMAZING!!!!! (big thanks to Petrov and everyone else for all thier advice)

Mollers : spot on we'd just had an evening out to gull rock!!!! there was a really nice swell, made a great video of jed's predator,however its on a tape so cant upload it yet !!!

Cookee: try again the ships called Mercedes from Amsterdam, was just in the bay out of Falmouth..... probably twice the size of Royalist lol

I'm surprised that you didn't spot us out there monkeying about. Downbelowdai brought a couple of pots down this summer which we dropped between St. Anthony's and Carne beach.We were out checking those most days. Most of our spearfishing and stuff goes on in that area.

it is very pleasing to the ears i must say, a very nice howl and growl. but there again i like Yoshi's and the like.

you know its on the back thats for sure but in a good way. never found the engine to be obtrusively noisey to be honest and the more you rev it the better it sounds. Never would have thought i would ever say that about a 2 stoke as not keen on em at all on bikes except me gas gas

I saw that video when a link was posted a few months ago and wondered whose boat it was and what the engine was, because it does sound fantastic and I also like the Vipermax

I also don't like 2 strokes as a rule but I am growing rather attached to the noise that even the V4 Johnson makes when you firewall the throttle from a standing start. It's just the bit its bolted to that leaves a bit to be desired (oh and the fuel consumption!)
