Boat ramp slidestory

I know it's not UK ramps, but might give you ideas.
http://www.slidestory.com/?page=detail&cid=19

I like the photo side but suck at the narration
I would have to write the narration out fully to get it half decent;(but too lazy to do that.)
Also just want to rub in the weather we have here at the moment!!!!
High surf and clear blue skies

cheers Dal

You guys have it tough!
Do you pay an annual registration fee on your boats to help build facilities?

yes we are pretty well off for facilities! A few less snotty boating types and it would be heaven

Oh and someone didnt believe me about the number of parking spaces at South Shores
So may have counted a few spaces wrong; but feel free to go ahead and count again
Oh and temperatures have dropped a lot this week; down to 75' Brrrrrrrr
cheers Dal

Our facilities in swansea are pretty good but the massive tides don't help!!!

Not many slips around - the council have closed off most of them!!!

The mumbles ones are really good - you have to pay for parking but launching free - trouble is it gets very crowded in summer due to the new Ice Cream parlour they have built in the car park!!!

Main slip needs highish water but other ok at all states of tide,

£4.80 at Mumbles which I still think is too much and should be free!!!

Doubt I will launch there though - really is chaos on summer weekends. I will keep boat on berth and there is a nice slip into the harbour.
