Flat as you like

Fortunately I'm talking about the water yesterday and not my rib! Went out for a run and took a few snaps with the phone on the way back, not often you see it quite as flat as this, had been out to sea too, didnt take any pics sorry, and there was just a lovely smooth swell, bit different to last Sunday!

Lucky beggar,

I dream of seas like that. I thought it was going to be like that last week when I went out but no it was the usual chop.

Glad you had a good though

Where did you launch just out of interest? - I did think about getting out on the boat, but opted for a long walk around Angle instead.....

The tides are right this weekend, so if the weather's right, I shall be out.

Hiya Alex, I launched from Black Tar. It was a pretty low tide on Sunday but I find you can get in at state of tide from there. The pictures are taken round the corner from Benton Castle on the run up to Llangwm.
Went to Fresh West, paid a visit to Watwick Bay, watched a group of seals playing by Stack Rock, then steamed back, was the only little boat out past Milford. Mind it was a bit nippy.
