That water looks a bit shallow for high speed ribbing doesn't it?

Chris, if is the same situation as it is in Santorini where in some cases depths are is 1.5 mtrs just as you step in is OK.
However, it seems that all boats going fast and they have suffered no damage on props during the race so it must be deep.

They must have a bloody thick bottom on em if that's their normal way of recovering, ie, driving em up a 100 foot long sheet of sand paper!

One of those pictures shows the engine shooting sand and the prop buried below the sand.
The other shows them accelerating through ancle deep water on their way out????
