Thanks guys.

Everything is fine Nick. Hot up to 40C until yesterday and 30C today (feels freezing ).

Hi Brian, It was my first time on this island and is gorgeous. IMHO is better than Paxous however, as I will be cruising thre in a few days time I will have a much better view about the place (my 1st time to Paxous BTW)

Getting ready to sail the boat to Meganisi in a few days with the family and will post some photo from the journey and the area in due course.

A little aboyt the Mar.Co 25 Work Cabinato. The boat is FANTASTIC. Althnough coming back and arriving to Milos the sea was as falt as a lake for the first 4-5 miles the waves were between 1-1.5 mtrs (SSW winds forse 4 that creat big waves in this area). We were making a good 25 knots without banging or anything else, just going like a big ship and many cruisers couldn't even come to the plane.

The RIB is like a ship with all the meaning of the word. Like Bat said is like ironing the sea LOLOL

Great photos, my wife and I went to Milos in 2003, what a great island loved it and the motorbike ride to the little church at the top of mountain was a real experience, also visited Folegandros which was my favourite of all the Islands we visited in the Cyclades.

So lucky having such great islands and fine weather to cruise, mind you Cornwall in the South West of UK is like the Mediterranean at the moment, well kind of

Cheers Shaggy

Shagy Folegandros is a great island relatively unspoiled still

Some more photos to come from Milos and also some videos from our trip to Peloponisos, spetses, poros, Hydra and some other islands with Gato Di Mare and the family this summer.

That wull be after we get back to the UK as the internet connections here are not very good at all.

From what I see, none of you guys had the patience to download even one of these videos. Well to make things a little bit easier, I could suggest which IMHO are the most interesting:

No 1, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14.

Videos are in mpg format haven't been edited, (but they are copyrighted), so the blowing wind will be a little annoying. You could just turn off the volume. It's in Greek anyway. .

That's what I call ribbing by the way.

I LOVE looking at videos - I just hate sites where I have to make a load of compomises before I can see anything!!!! Maybe I will get around to checking them out but until then I am not just signing up to something willy nilly.

Michael, are you surprised? That hosting site is one of the worst I've ever encountered. It wastes your time suggesting a paid subscription, then puts a delay on free downloads. Life really is too short sometimes.

There are much better ways of hosting video, and the answer lies right here: http://www.rib.net/forum/showthread.php?t=9993

I will upload (once back in the UK) some on NEPTUNE (which BTW is a paying uploading video site). Unfotunately I'm in Greece and the Greek telecom is still working with smoke signals or tam-tam drums.
If it wasn't for my mate the Bat we wouldn't even have those videos to see.
