welcome to Ribnet
a photo of the rib might help, is there a serial number stamped into the transom, that might help identify the make and model ?

These look like the earlier JP model Optimax. They will only run on JP5/JP8 F44 military fuel! So hope you can get that from somewhere locally!!

Yes it is Optimax JP and they work very well. They take 45% less fuel.
It`s the boat my question is about!

It *might* be a Pacific (22? 28?) - someone who is more into their military spec stuff may be able to confirm from the pics in the pdf... https://ics-documents.s3.amazonaws.c...ade_67_794.pdf

Possibly a C-RIB? If so, the C-RIB 30 looks like the most likely size, judging by the max. rated engine power.
Edit: Nope. Tubes are wrong at the bows.
Edit: And so's the hull. Whoops.

Serial no most commonly on transom but could be anywhere and may be no where because military spec may not be needed.

If that's it's Hull ID then it relates to an American company that was called "Sound Craft Marine" now out of business and the year is 1986.

SOU is found on hulls classed by the Southampton office of Lloyds Register.
I suspect it's a Halmatic.
The "Hull Number" isn't in the correct format to be a "Hull Number"
