I'm a rock star!

A month or so ago, I was approached by a young singer about providing some transportation for a music video that they were going to film around Tobermory.

I was happy to oblige, and ended up in the video here and there... I'm the good-looking guy in the black coat and red cap! There's some nice aerial filming of my backyard!

I can't make any claims to the music (Ryan is a friend of my daughter's...) Originally I was just asked to take the crew to an island... strictly transportation. I guess they must have recognized my "star qualities"...

Bit off topic but what is the employment situation like in Ontario at the moment? Getting a bit teed off at work at the moment due to work pressure and lack of resources and wonder if Canuckland is a better option than Orkney (the other alternative)
I work in Healthcare Estates Management and have a Canadian passport so no immigration worries...........
Just wondering if the grass is greener...

Well like everywhere in North America, manufacturing jobs are being hit terribly.
I'm not sure what "Healthcare Estates Management" is, but healthcare is a booming industry, very secure and with an aging population, seems to have lots of growth potential!

You mention you have a Canadian Passport... are you Canadian born, or have you lived here before?

Both

I am the Estates manager for a large chunk of the area around me, basically I make sure nothing falls down or implodes by maintaining properties using internal and external labour.
I would be looking for something similiar in Canuckland working in a large hospital running an Estates department or similiar......
