Slightly biased but I enjoyed this compilation video of Ireland's RNLI lifeboat crews who launched 1,089 times in 2014, bringing 1,414 people to safety.

They ALL do a Tremendous Job for us ALL!..what a brilliant Institution....and testimony to a largely Volunteer service!

Yes indeed and only one in ten people who join as crew members has a maritime background so if a volunteer doesn't know as much about your pride and joy as you do it is worth cutting them a bit of slack
