I hope you enjoyed the slipway side show!
I brought the wife's yacht alongside on Saturday for fitting the sails and cushions after a couple of aborted attempts due to tide and someone else leaving the batteries on. We witnessed some fine examples of muppetry including a quite badly damaged Salcombe yawl that narrowly missed but collided with the works going on to fish quay in quite a spectacular fashion. That was only one of 5 or 6 examples of what could best be described as slightly sub-standard seamanship!
