Here is mine, shortly after nearly getting stuck hence the not inconsiderable amount of mud on the RIB

After seeing Codprawns photos I thought I had logged into Supertankernet by accident

Nice

Nice

Looks just like Wales!!!

Talking of which I have just met a bloke called Chris Luxton from Swansea - any relation? It is quite an unusual surname - he tells me it originates in Devon.

It does, I went to Wales on a greenlaning trip a couple of years ago and the resemblance was uncanny. However we don't have any ramblers and the Government isn't trying to ban off-road driving so it is better

Yes we will be related in some way - all go back to a single family in Devon a million years ago. Don't know him though - my bro is called Chris but he lives in Oz so I doubt he would have been passing through Swansea

Aussie big six. Makes light work of towing and manages the ramps, but I'd love something that will manage a sandy ramp. It's winter, so the ramp is empty, but I'm dreading summer and the crowds.

Pictures from this afternoon just before I left Tounge in Sutherland. Both the car and boat were packed to the brim with camping / boating gear. Could do with a 4x4; maybe next year.

Big Rig

Start of a 400 mile journey, delivery only, won't be doing this every weekend, especially at 11 mpg.

Get yourself a Discovery tdi - mine returned about 26mpg towing a boat of a similar size on a triple axle trailer.

Have you towed that boat from John's place in St Davids? How the hell he gets them along those country lanes is beyond me!!!
