Good to see you back online John and hope you'll maintain your presence which, was always appreciated. Further, I look forward to seeing you over the New Year with Andy and Hawkeye in tow.

Yes Graham they are, though i didn't make any comment about the hand bag and the pajama stipped uphostery

Nice RIB, but watch out for chine walking flat out - I had one before the little Humber.

Also, keep an eye on the feet of the "A" frame - mine began to separate from thier hinges!!

You will also find that foot straps are essential to stop you being hurled out sideways, there is NO lateral support at all from that bum bolster.

Otherwise a pretty good RIB, we sold ours because the only "family" seating was in front of the console. The sun deck was great for lashing a tender to - saves beaching.

Yes, after not hearing from him for some 6 months, he had the gall to send me a text message this week enquiring whether I'd gone to Mars because he hadn't heard from ME He seems in fine fettle but couldn't chat because he was rushing to catch the menswear department at M&S before closing time.

Snapped these yesterday....

.....following her inaugural voyage.

6.0 metres and a 140-4 make a world of difference compared to a 4.8-2 stroke. We hit 40 mph within seconds of getting on the plane and once I had her running straight and true with the trim just right we topped 45mph. This was with 3 adults and 3 kids aboard by the way !

We launched at Jono Gortons place in Pwhelli and with a little help from Dave Manning, he and I recovered without getting her hubs wet.

Fantastic --------

Here's Ian.....

http://www.abersochheads.co.uk/forum/portal.asp

.... with my crew, picture taken by Detox in the summer. For the benefit of the non NWR people who are wondering - now Ian's tucked the prosport away for the winter, he plans to be out on an his latest aquisition - an Avon with a 25 on it that he's refurbishing (painting black to match). I had a chat with him on his birthday a couple of weeks back. He's hopeful of a permanent move to Abo soon.

MeMe - Glad to see you're filling in your spare time on another forum...

Looks great Graeme and glad to hear you had a good time - would have been even better with a 2 stroke though!
