Great looking RIB. Are you using the boat for charter? Do you have pictures from cockpit and deck?

I have both trim tabs and ballas tank, the blue lever is for filling,
neutral and empty the ballast tank.

Thanks for a photo. Can you tell us how and when you use a ballast tank? How large it is? I have not met a ballast tank in a RIB before, so I would like to hear more about the concept.

Olà;
The tank is 160 liters.
Hard to explain when it`s better to use the ballast instead of the tabs.
It depends a little bit of how the waves a behaving, short, long, high, low and the combination between them, Most of the time the tabs are outstanding but for example i prefer to use the ballast when it`s high short waves from behind and work hard with the throttle.
And offcourse when it`s time to clean the boat, when you fill the tank it`s coming out water from a hole in the front, than you know it`s full, when you have a dirty boat you continuing to fill and than you have a lot of water spraying out on deck, really great for that.
The construction is mechanical and very easy to use, only three stepps on the lever, fill, neutral and empty the tank, anmd you drive to be able to fill the tank.
Pitkis you have to come to Stockholm and test, it`s not far from you.

Boat is home.
The first 2 days we had 20 m/s in the northsea (from Zeebrugge, belgium to Borkum, germany) waveheights between 4-6m.
Third day was pretty good because we wnet inside the islands to nordeney saved 25M in open sea.
Day 4 was the kielcanal (speeding ticket for 4 knots 2 much, shit) kiel to simrishamn in Sweden was a great trip, flat water in almost 160M.
Day five was pretty hard with winds from north (in bow) 12 m/s.
It`s only 10-15m water were we drove and the waves are around 2 1/2 m with only 4 m between waves, very bumpy.
Our driving time was 41 hours ex kielcanal and tankstop.
Pics will come shortly.

March is ok, but it`s a scary month because the ice can still be laying.
Begining/middle of april is pretty safe.
At my office it disapered the 2 of april this year.
It would be sad to just drink and not do any ribbing, the archipelago is worth seeing.
