Parker 630 "Der Delphin" on Helgoland

Becoming a routine trip, I was with my Parker on Helgoland out in the North Sea again. From Hamburg, it is 82nm one way. Thereof 35nm out at sea. Took me 3:40h last night against the tide to get back to Hamburg (no comparison with the 5:07h out last year in a 26knots wind with gusts...)

nice pics, I also have a 6.3 with 120 combo and hope to do a trip to Alderney at some point ( when work permits ). What sort of economy do you get from yours at cruising speed?

Paul, what are you up to this weekend say Sunday.

I am currently in Gdynia Poland back Friday.
i have had an opportunity to test a Parker 800 Baltic with twin Mercury 150 EFI 4 stroke. superb engines for that size rib. Daily trips from Gdynia to Hel and back

17-18l/h @ 3800 rpm, that's 25-28kn thru water, depending on water temp and deadweight
150h in 2011, 8l/h as annual average

fc pretty much inline with what Mercruiser say

Thanks DNV, always good to share info. I haven't done any really long trips yet but from the journeys I've done she seems to be pretty economical
