Photo Shoot of our first Pig Beach Tour of 2016!

We had borrowed the wife's family's boat (Pursuit 3370) to head up to Spanish Wells (Eleuthera) for New Years Day, so we had to go refuel - figured why not meet the outgoing Exuma swimming pigs tour in Nassau Harbour and get some photos and video?!?! I'll update this with some photos of the actual tour once they get back!

Loving that weather!

Now that she's been afloat for a while - can you tell us how the coppercoat is performing in warmer waters?

Swimming pigs, you say? We met these beauts further down the Exuma chain when we were cruising there in 2006

I bet the sharks love those swimming pigs ! A great island Eleuthera, I use to visit it once a week for many months over a number of years when I worked for Princess Cruises back in the early nineties, they had about 40 acres rented and called that part Princess Cays, good diving also, fond memories.

You only really get nurse sharks around there who aren't too interested in wrestling a very feisty pig!

The Bahamian Rock Iguana - native only to a handful of islands in the Exumas!

The captain took the boat over to a small beach on Athol Island, and was able to easily scrub off what was there - I can't say much other than that! Summer here is where we will see, as the heat accelerates the growth.
