Pretty rough
High tide - strong winds - loads of water flowing down the rivers - great fun!!! Sadly the light was going fast so pics not that good - got very wet though!!!

They didn't need to - the fish were all over the jetty - as were loads of crabs and shrimps - they were flapping around all over the plaice!!!

Very high tides in Haslar creek this morning and seems the storm over the last couple of days has turned the jetty over

Same happened outside Swansea lock about 2 years ago - there was a great pontoon the charter boats used and if a visiting yacht arrived when the lock was closed they could still come ashore. A high tide wrecked the actual floating bit but Swansea council have refused to replace it as it will cost £40,000. They managed to find £500,000 to put stainless steel rails around the whole marina though!!!
