Belated apologies, I was fortunate enough to have been a passenger on
Corryvreckan for the duration and I was happily adding photos live until my phone signal was lost. I see I launched a couple of those RIBs twice...
Anyway, the craic was mighty - almost 30 boats left for Islay and a great reception at Ardbeg Distillery where we were greeted like old friends. Probably because a substantial number of us were longstanding visitors and imbibers
A late afternoon depart saw us headed for Rathlin Island and a few scoops in the pub. I got my phone signal back and was updating poor donegaldan about the hardships of the crossing. He replied "Funny it wasn't rough enough to tumble the Cheeseboard & Prosecco!" Damn social media
