Enjoyed the report Willk - cracking video and photos.
My engine has just cooled down trying to keep up with "the beast".

So,
I know that Jambo and Honestman and a few others have been wondering why I have not posted here yet, and to be honest, from what Willk has had to say, with photo's and video, and Portnahaven, there is little I can add.

The crossing to scotland was interesting, and falls into my sporty category. The boat, well The Beast, she is an animal, No other words
and with that the twin 300 soozies are just beautiful. The engines never missed a single beat in 12 hours of operation, and reinforced my confidence in whats on the back of my little 6.1 redbay. The entire fly by wire system is a pleasure to handle and after getting used to it, is a dream to operate.

Easdale, Well, it just gets prettier and prettier each time I visit. Again as has been said here numerous times, A big thanks to the population of Easdale and Tony for organizing. Was great to bump into regular faces on the water, and telling adventures of the past year, and enjoying time together over the weekend, over a wee dram

The Islands are great, Enjoyed the breif time in tobermory was great, Corryvreckan was quiet, but predicted at that time to be. And once again Port Askaig held a warm welcome from locals that now know us, as well as a hearty and well needed feed.

So the best bits....
Having 600hp under your command - obviously...
The weather.. I think they pray to different gods, because I got sunburned for the first time this year....
Getting a boat like that to strech her legs and run 130 Nm North
But the best bit.... being asked "Is that the Beast" and knowing that they already know the answer.

Big thanks to Tony and the Islanders for the Hospitality.
Team Redbay for all the assistance
And the Beast, for possibly on of the best rides in my life.

No I just thought you were still in 'dreamland' wallowing in the notoriety of skippering the 'Beast'. It was a good wend and I am still smiling that due to the weather re our rib I was at Err in the fastest rib, what power. Tx again to you and R for the ride.
Cheers
