rib-raid utö-07

we had the 1st annual independence day rib-raid 5.-6.12. 07 in the finnish archipelago. attending was 2 atlantic-ribs and one ribcraft 7m. our support vessel was the local SAR-vessel Paroc, a 15m aluminium rescuevessel. rough winds and big waves, 17m/s steady windspeed, but all the 12 people on the trip enjoyed it and are waiting for next year! if you are in finland 5.-6.12.2008 you're welcome on the trip.

Looks cold, bumpy, wet and....fun! Will have to try and remember that date/trip next year and see if we could join.

please come with us, seems that we might have atleast 10 ribs this year coming to utö! we had a good time in december, first a sauna and then a very nice supper. we sat till something like 2 o'clock in the night just chatting about all kindsa things, and had a few beers... this year we will propably have a stop in jurmo for some warming coffee before going to utö.

see you there in december! if you come to nauvo before, let me know, we can have a beer or something.
