I thought people would be all over a request to show off thier pride and joy in a video. Your post got me serarching for some wave jumping. 2hours later, a little compression, and some space on a server and here it is!

A little wave jumping movie

No not yet. But we sure have come close!! Hold on I am trying to find some pics of the most vertical we got the boat. Eh, can't find anything. What usually happens is the boat rolls you out the back over the engine before it flips. Did that once downtown Chicago. In front of a large crowd. Felt like an ass

That was a really, really boring promotional clip of the explorer RIB! We need action! The Life Boat launching was cool.

CZ7 is impressive, but then again we could all have great shots if we had a helicopter chasing us. Anyone got stuff of thier own boats catching air or doing something. Most of you seem to have very expensive and fast RIB's.

Wow, Codprawn that is some serious conditions to be making headway in. Very impressive!! What kind of RIB is that? It's really big.

I put some footage up of us a few years ago on South Manitou Island. Small island off the Michigan shore in Lake Michigan. Ignore the jumps in the video it's from a much larger movie.

P.S. I am compressing some footage of our trip from Chicago to the Gulf of Mexico as we speak. Should be done in a hour or two.

Video of Boomeranger

Like the video of the Boomeranger rib, cool boat, does look like it is a little light in the bow or perhaps the operator doesn't have the boat trimmed properly? One thing can be said for adding a little mass to a rib, it does help it cut the waves better, You can either go over them or through them!! I know this... I'd rather be on the boat than in the helo. Winter sucks! How many days till spring??

That Boomeranger is 10.5m - about 5' longer than the RIB I am getting. Yes it is very tail heavy but I am sure it will be better balanced with a full load of soldiers on board!!!

If you think that RIB is big look at some of these

http://www.cromptonmarine.com/gallery/gallery.html

Loved your video - looks like great fun - 3' waves in a small boat just as exciting as 20' ones in a bigger one!!!

OK then, here's my latest...

http://www.richardbateson.com/videos/hung_up.html

It's 360megs, so if you want to download it in the background, right-click and "Save Target as..." but use this link instead http://www.biboa.net/rb/Hung_Up_0001.wmv as the link to my site is redirected at the moment until I resolve some issues with my own hosting company.

As usual, turn up the volume and enjoy!
