Ribcraft 3.5
It's a small boat that thinks it's a big boat.
I can't find much info on it. The only other one I can see pics of belonged to another ribnetter...
I called ribcraft...Charlie seemed in denial it existed....so I emailed him pics as proof.
I want to get this boat round the island :-)
Everyone should have one. It really does turn on a six pence
(Before anyone jumps on me..no I didn't have a lj on...I was in a shallow river being watched and only went from the slip to the middle and back.)

There's one down our way. Hull is flat as a pancake. Is this one the same?

I think I saw one of these in 2004. I seem to recall the crew looked like they were having great fun with it. One of them did turn out to have a hernia afterwards, but it was a lumpy week.

I'll happily accept it s as a 3.8....but don't think they ever made a 3.8 :-)
Maybe that add felt that size was important?
Measured its about 3.65.....so easy to round up. With a 40 it must be nuts....
Planning a rc gathering Sunday :-) :-) :-)

I'll take another look at the one down our way on the weekend. Looks similar, but I think the hull has a flatter deadrise at the transom than that.
Nice looking boat.

Looking harder that one does look a tad bigger than mine - the 'space' in the bow seems to be tad longer ( big enough to get a hatch in a 3.8 but not in a 3.5..

LED lights , tidied cabling on deck, compass , fuel bladders ( 80 l total capacity if needed), cover made to fit (inc light pole hole), trailer tweaked for a better fit and bow retaining v fitted.
I only do this stuff for enjoyment, but really want this to a good little RIB.
Thanks to those who have donated the little bits that make the difference
I hope to list the bits I have cluttering up the garage as free stuff on here shortly.
Just waiting for seats back - Proper test next weekend & then potential Scooby meet over bank holiday.
Happy for anyone to have a play RTI ( assuming I get that far ) for a dontation - much like I did last year (£5 per Ribnet boat I've driven) - how about £5 donation and anyone can try it out RTI ?
