Ribs in Kuwait

I have just got back from Kuwait where the temp during the day was between45-48 degree C. Just too much for me not being used to such heat. For those who can't imagine it was like standing by an open oven which was on full blast.
As we have a fleet of 11 x 9 mtr Parker Baltic ribs in Kuwait it was most interesting to see that the temp has no effect of the tubes at all and in particular on the seams and components glued to the tubes. Mind you very difficult to do repairs to the tubes out in the open air but no problem in a air/con workshop. OK the heat will inflate the tubes but this can be controlled so not a big issue.

I saw a few large american military jet ribs being launched but to my regret was not able to take any photos .

Here are a few shots of the Parker ribs
