C'mere - our local SAR S-92 took a quick run up to Islay this evening. I dunno what the craic was - if they were delivering emergency whiskey supplies or Santy parcels or waving a wee flaige or what?

Hi Billy
I had the pleasure of seeing your new Shannon when I stopped off in Girvan during a delivery trip in October - very envious
A happy new year to you, yours and all your colleagues at Girvan RNLI

Funny coincidence - they weren't the only SAR asset to have a run North today - our "friends" at Redbay were out delivering presents to Rathlin Island.

Thanks Joe. Sorry I missed you. The next time let me know and we could have a bit of craic before you return.
Yes the Shannon is a brilliant boat.
