Nice pics, TF, again bringing back happy childhood memories. Lucky Cookee - he gets to enjoy it all year round.
South Devon is a brilliant place to live when you're a child/teenager. When I was little we would all climb on Dad's little chuggy boat (we lived in Kingsbridge - Mum & Dad still do) and motor down to Sunny Cove, Mill Bay or East Portlemouth, going across to Salcombe to fetch hot pasties for lunch. Then when I was older, a friend and I would catch the bus to Salcombe and walk to either North or South Sands and spend the day trying to find the hunkiest grockle or getting tipsy on scrumpy. Ah, happy days.
