Words of wisdom from my 'careers bloke' many years ago. " It's a shame that you can't be payed to play rugby (pre- professional era), because you're no good at anything else." Bast*rd .
Turns out he was right!

Must say I'm really going off rugby at the moment With all my injuries from the game combined with the fact that there are now three people in my house on crutches - one torn crucial, one badly broken, and now one with wreaked knee - I really am beginning to think its getting a bit too aggressive even at our level of the game. When you play[ed] at school how many "serious" injuries would you expect over a season?

That reminds me. My careers woman was also the school speech therapist. She was a nun with a severe speech impediment. She's an ex-nun now with a clatter of kids.
I guess "N-n-n-n-n-n-n" didn't mean "No"
Obviously, we disregarded her career advice

That's only where you guys congregate to play the mad sport. The locals play the less complicated version for obvious reasons.
Carling was prone to falling to bits.

Nice topic :P
Spring this year I completely refurbished my Opsrey Eagle, bought a 115 Optimax (from a guy from rib.net who lives in Denmark) and installed my lowrance. This summer I fitted a SS A-Frame but the nav lights still have to be fitted. The Eagle with the Optimax is a nice, relatively quick and fuel efficient combination. A real joy the drive and the fun just starts when the seas get high
Here are some pictures of the current setup:
