Finally got a picture of mine, doesn't normally come down to the coast with me, but my golf let me down on a Friday night and I didn't want to cancel the trip so took the Landy. 40 years old and didn't miss a beat on the 500 mile trip there and back. No motorway cruiser, but did the job.

First car I ever owned was an old wolseley now there's class for you, it was old and battered but its what taught me to drive as a young teen on an old airfield, which prepped me just right for when I bought my old 59 SII, which I consider the best vehicle ever, it was a proper go anywhere 4x4, with no worries of taking a few dents as easy enough to knock out, and easy enough for general repairs full stop.
After many years driving 4x4s I've decided to go all eco friendly now, so I bought a little 206 the other day, It was quite shocking driving around in what seemed a go cart with a roof.
Now! where's my, "I love LR" badge.

I bought a 1960 S2 many years ago of a lad who could get the BMC diesel to run, sorted the starting out, rewired the lights to get it through the mot then sold it to a doctor for a good profit, think it's the only landrover I've ever owned that leaked more oil out than water in

Finally got a Land Rover again, this time a one owner 97 300TDI. It's amazing, it can apparently tow 4000kgs. All I can say is lucky it has low range. Tows the Ribtec 890SX with ease once it gets going.
