I'll just post some more photos of my boat if no one else is going to show us theirs:
At Lezardrieux, passing under a bridge in Avranches, in Cherbourg marina and tied alongside the slipway at the Minquiers Reef.
Oh, and here's a funny video I saw a few minutes ago: http://www.viddler.com/explore/failblog/videos/1174/

Aquahound
Well, not quite sniffing out the waves at 30 knots yet, but nearing completion - does she count?
Aquahound is a 5.3 with 4 single jockeys (best for the puppies) with a Susie 100 (in the end!) on the back.
Looking forward to picking her up in March & getting her on the water!

gun and babes
Hi Burtox,
Haha.. just discovered that video that from now on will give an extra dimension to my boat : ) I was hoping they where in the deal, but none
of them was showing up when i was picking up the boat.
I was in cowes also this year, and took it for a ride. It indeed is a fine boat!
Really stable ride and pretty beamy (which i like)
What do you own?
grtz, Mervyn

Wow, that's a hell of a life ring holder you've got in picture 4!
What's all this about getting free birds with your Ribcraft? I didn't get any with mine nor any guns???

Thanks. It was one of those rare days when everything came together. The weather was perfect, calm seas & good underwater viz. We'd just done a dive & we chucked the daughter back in with her camera to take the pics. We had a good food haul as well & ate royally that night
The tower is a Ribcraft special, I've seen a few others on here but I cant remember who.

I agree, it does look to sit low, but if you look at the side on photo, the tube end cones are above the water, as is most of the tube below the rubbing strake. I think it's the angle of the photo due to my young'un being in the water. We actually have more freeboard on the transom with this boat than we did with the previous 5.85, despite the 2 lumps & 3m of stainless scaffolding

Hi Jambo
Yep we are doing the easdale rib trip. I have a wee 4m searider and if the weather is ok i will probably take that to colonsay and let my co-owner play flash harry in sula while i trundle along at 20 knots!
Hopefully see you for a pint at the puffer
