In october we picked up our new lifeboat "Cassius" (Ribcraft 6.4 Pro with twin Suzuki DF90), one of only a few Ribcrafts in Germany. It gets equipped with different radio systems, sonar etc. at the moment and will be in service around march.

Cheers, it's their 'sport' setup, bench seat accross the back with a grey and blue colour theme. The 140 seems the perfect match for it too.

How did you get on with the 4.8? I fancy one to tow behind a camper one day just as a runabout for 2 & a dog. Your 585 looks tidy, we loved ours, great boat

4.8 was spot on for it's size, easy to launch and tow. Coupled with the 50 suzuki it's a nice package, 50 was that bit lighter than the 60hp and amazing on fuel.
Manged some decent rough water in it, St Albans Head on a big day was doable. Very responsive at speed, covered 70+ miles in a day comfortably and ideal for pulling up on a beach somewhere.

Thank you all,
Thanks at the ribmen I saw at Ribex 2010, and permitted me to make a test:
Sirmoor and his RC 6.40
The man (and his wife) with the RC 5.85 (140 Suz)
All the Ribcraft team.
Excuse my english.
A+
Paulo.
