Chefs hard at work on the disposable BBQ's (check out the delux frame on the BBQ on the left, complete with "Superior" pork sausages!!).
Nasher looks on disapprovingly as daveh tries to ignore Rich(laser) and his new mobile phone...

Yes, the question mark was because I couldn't think of anything else to say. Other than "Mark finds Nemo in a Portsmouth Car Park"

Yup, I agree, a "?" was a better caption.

I try not to look disapprovingly at Students, particularly as I still have fond memories of my time as one.
However, my niece is starting at Portsmouth Uni next month following in the steps of her favourite (Only) uncle.
Being into watery type things, she is quite possibly going to come into contact with Jimbo and crowd. I’d felt it necessary earlier in the evening to remind those present who will be looking out for her whilst she is away from home!
Thank you for the pictures Jimbo, they will be most useful as mug shots for information purposes when she stays with us before moving into halls.
By the way, I’ll be holding interviews for ‘experienced crew’ early next year in preparation for the trips around the Solent I’ve promised to arrange for my niece and her new 'friends'.
Actually, Nasher was miles away, thinking why didn’t we do this earlier in the year when 8:30 still meant daylight.
Nasher.

Really.... Interesting...
Feel free to give the stunning sounding Nashette our contact details, the sailing club would make her and her friends most welcome!

Jimbo
‘Niece of Nasher’ is a little too harsh, or ‘battle hardened’ sounding for a tall slim blonde.
Nashette would suit her better.
Seriously, she has mentioned the sailing club after reading some details somewhere.
I’ll mention your name in case she wants to get in touch.
I know you’ll look after her, won’t you?
Nasher.

Ok, I've changed it to something less battle hardened!
In all seriousness, the sailing club will definitely look after her. If she hasn't already, get her to check out our website and forums at www.upsc.co.uk. We have big plans for next year, getting beginners and pro racers and everything in between on the water! We are part of the way there with a fleet of 6 race ready lark sailing dinghys, and of course our brand new 4.8m rib.
Well also be offering RYA Approved training in powerboating, VHF training, First aid, and hopefully dinghy sailing too. Plus, our social evenings are legendary.

Or is that too subtle for you lot?
