Yes your right about the Tamar Mollers, limit was 8kts for years but now lifted from the bridges upstream for about 3/4 mile and dedicated as water ski area. Hang on I've just remembered where you heard this!
Was it from a bloke in an indian, or was it from an Indian bloke. Can't quite remember.

Oi Mollers, leave him alone it wasn't funny

Mind you, you should have seen the way he had to waltz 360 degrees around the console as the water tried to pour all over him with the Rib spinning as well, moves well for a big bloke
