Adam, it's noticeable how level it appears to be traveling. It looks a good angle to the water.

Yes it does ride very level - especially considering the weight of those two Verado's.
Was always the intention with this boat and with the design I dialled in a lot of stern lift, was fairly aggresive with the angle of attack on the steps. In turn this effects many other aspects of the design in order to get a good and safe handling boat.
Very happy how all has turned out for this design - but off course it would not necessarily be the ideal solution for other types of craft.

Very impressive videos; thanks for posting.
I thought the 'jelly boat' effect that you got at some points was strange!

A photo of the new version of the 888 - we have actually made some changes to improve cruising, rough water and comfort levels of performance.
All went very on the first test and still seeing 67 mph with a 300hp Verado

I will see what they have - I'm visiting Technohull later this week to test the boat and also talk over future plans.

Just got back from the Technohull show weekend which went very well - had the chance to test the new 888 and very pleased the new developments and now a real all round RIB.
Tested her with upto 8 people onboard and still handled and performed.
