The BAT Inspection

As a good friend Michael The Bat came to see the damaged RIB.
Noticed the state of the battery? No supports and coprroaded connections. This boat (according to the manufacturers) is supposed to be brand new and has NEVER been in the water!

what were the rest of the boats like Manos, was it just this one that had problems, you seemed happy with the first two.

Chirs the 1st two boats over all are in good condition except those little holes on the port side of one of them that I have just discovered.

It has supprised us (and the FALCON Rep in Greece who is now worried a bit about the quality production of the factory) how badly this boat with the damage on it was made. No attention to detail which is something that we didn't expect from FALCON.

It also very disturbing that although I have sent 10s of emails to them about the damage and the damage to the fabric and the deck and also asked for our deposit back (we had placed another deposit with them ordering some more boats that we have now cancelled), I have heard nothing back so far (excpet the inital email of excuses about the poor starpping of this RIB).

The experts EYE Hmmmmm

Seriously now, the boat never been in water so far. Even the tube from the bilge pump is compeltely dry and I didn't spot any salt remains. The engine has been tested. The question is how did they test run the boats ? I think that you said so Manos

The engine was tested and this was in the agreement. I paid for it also so that FALCON made sure that all the boats that I got delivered were 100%.
The boats were tested in SWELLENDAM dam where the water is deep and there is no issue of banging them any where. It never happened with the previous boats nor with my 700.
Is just a mistery what went wrong with this one so far and have to say so far NO WORD from Mr FALCON or his father or anyone else.
