The Kinlochleven Ice Factory
I was getting cabin fever again, so as soon as Storm Eric had passed ..I put on my thermals and packed the F Rib 275 into the back of the car.
I went to Glencoe and Loch Leven. If you wonder why some folk go boating when its still well below freezing point ..perhaps this video will let you see why.
The clarity of the atmosphere and the cool winter colours cannot be matched by warmer weather.
This is part one of The Kinlochleven Ice Factory. I will add part two when its made
Hope you enjoy it.. and yup..it was c..c..cold.

Hi Billy..I cant help with this one as its working fine for me too and there have been several folks watching and commenting on it on my You Tube channel.
Perhaps its something to do with linking from Ribnet ?
Have a try direct on You Tube at this link and see if it works for you that way.

The Kinlochleven Ice Factory
So it looks like there is something a bit odd with how the app is presenting videos in YouTube. If you click any of the areas I’ve circled in green it will play in YouTube - but if you click the “play” icon (circled in red) nothing happens.... Attachment 128440

Donnie I’ll try direct when I get home. As it failed Poly’s test it’s obviously tapatalk or Ribnet.
Cheers

Looks so serene. Would have almost been a shame to use the outboard motor.

Excellent video, thanks for posting it. I agree with you, winter delivers some stunning clarity that can’t be matched in warmer months. Just have to pick your moments!

Thank you all for your kind comments.
I hope you managed to watch the video too Billy. I tried the PC, my I pad and an Andriod phone and all displayed it without a glitch.. so Im not sure what the issue is.
I know video codex can be tricky..but its still the same ones Im using as I always did when making the U Tubes
Anyhoo here is the last part of the Kinlockleven box Set ..hope you can all watch it too.
Thanks again everyone for watching ..its appreciated.

Billy I edited my post last night but obviously lost my connection as it didn’t update - so now I’ve broken the logic in the thread! Have a look at my post a few up and see if it’s just like me you are tapping the less obvious place? Otherwise perhaps let me know if you are using app (ribnet or tapatalk) or browser (safari or chrome) and which version of iOS you are on etc and we can get someone to replicate it and raise a bug either with whichever external party is the problem.

Links don’t work for me either. Using an IPhone X. Tapatalk or the ribnet app.
The text link works fine and I’m able to watch the videos on YouTube it’s just the links not working for some reason??
Hope this helps you look into it.
