Dont worry Louise she does as she's told these days, though she's ringht on a few things a Mistress would be a lot cheaper than a boat.

You and Rich B are more than welcome anytime along with the sub 5 gang and in your case buying a sub 5m boat is optional

Dan nice pics mate especially that splended orange Avon whizzing around, and what a splendidly quite piece of mechanical engineering hanging of the back of it

had a thought last night..... As you obviously love your boat and engine combo so much then why the hell are you selling it, why not unscrew the seat and consol, then move the consol up and buy a jocky seat from outhills or Valiant and bolt it in place, you may have to change the engine cables but thats not really a big deal, changing boats will inevitably cost you lots more money, buy new and your going to have the pay the premium for a new boat and engine, buy second hand and your'll face the problems and costs of owning a second hand rig.

Your boat works well for you, its the right size and runs really well with the 40 on the back, dont you think its a shame to be selling it just because you dont like the current seat ?

Cheers Bilge. Might well take you up on that one day! And, of course, you would be very welcome on Blue Ice any time!

bilge i have to agree the rib works very well and with the ballast added now
up front its very good all rounder
but i can,t see the point of moving the seats around and spending more money on my boat as its only 6 months old now. and will suit the new owner very well with the bench set up if i change that i may get less in the long run

just will have to see what the market as to offer

Dan

I'll be out over the coming weeks so you're welcome to come along and splash 'his lordship' with me too.

Its always sad to see your boat being towed away to a new home. Just out of interest what pitch prop were you running?
