Tickler in the Outer Hebrides
During the worst summer the locals can remember, leisure boating has been somewhat curtailed by a surplus of wind making days out quite hard work.
A few photo's though.
The boat on the beach at Pabbay just off North Uist.
A sideways picture of arriving in Shillay Sound on the Monach Isles in low cloud.
Outside of my comfort zone exploring the sea cave by Ushenish lighthouse on South Uist taken by my son, also outside of his comfort zone, who I'd deposited on a rock inside the cave.
The entrance to the cave taken from the very back of the cave.
Minch Chop on the way home - the camera has flattened it out.
