Took the little one out in zapcat..
I took my little girl (4.5yrs) for a blast on the zapcat yesterday, and she absolutely loved it. We spent most of the day on my rib, she sits so perfect on the jockey seat behind me, holding on to the back rest behind her... she keeps telling me to go faster, and jump higher over the waves... even when coming up the itchen after we'd finished, she wanted me to go fast over the wake of the boat in front

Hmm, were you with another boat similar size?
I was in the rib most of the time, and and one point, there were a couple of smaller ribs we were near, and all of sudden they change direction and went in front of us.. I didnt mean to be rude to them... just gets annoying when people dont look before they turn

seal spotting on the Roach / Crouch at the weekend
My six year old grand daughter came out for an end of holidays treat and she too loved the seals , going fast , and bumping over the waves........
She has a devilish sense of humour as can be seen in second pic.
Perhaps a cue for a caption competition.......
" After an hour , the daylight display on the chartplotter left a lot to be desired... "
