I have noticed when I come of a wave that the port side of the rib seems to hit the water first. Is this becasue of the rotation of the prop or am I doing something wrong. The boat does not want to land on the keel.

Prop torque - mine did the same. The ideal solution is a set of contra rotating twins but a slightly cheaper option is a flick to starboard on the steering on takeoff which usually sorts it out

Either that or you might find that your engine is constantly steering slightly off a straight line just to keep you boat going straight, but you cant see it, but once the hull leaves the water, there is no drag to offset the engine thrust as it does so, so the boat will tend to cant .. try messing with the little trim tab after the prop and see if a bit more or less angle helps you, but I have had several boats where I'd have though balance was good, some jump nice and straight but others just dont

As someone who has flown a fair distance in boats I can tell you that the more the boat is trimmed in the more it will fall to the left. Racers also give the steering a little tweak (to starboard) as the boat leaves the water to help it fly straight - this obviously takes a bit of practise. Wind is obviously a factor especially in a RIB!

You're welcome - we estimate from the video taken from the pier that this jump was around 50 feet long!

It was before Youtube I'm afraid and I think it was on an old computer - I'll see if I can find it. Handheld from the pier and it was the flat bit by the pier - you should have seen it offshore!
