Hi Louise,

Unfortuanlty the photo I took of you leaving Weymouth is blurry and the others running up Soton water are all a bit dark - wheres the sun when you need it. I need to learn how to use my camera properly.

I'm sorry if we cut you up on the way back, I was all over the place trying to keep our speed up, it was quite hard to keep an eye where you were.
