F9/10 here today, a number of boats have broken their moorings and ended up on the rocks. A light aircraft has taken off with no pilot!  and trees are being used as javelins.

- I reckon you'd have got much the same view from the harbour breakwater at Weymouth.
A couple of minute after my third picture on this thread, we hit a huge wave on the beam as Mike accelerated Hot Lemon IV onto the plane, and we came down at 45° - Martyn and I were standing up in the rear, we went down like skittles (little pile of legs, arms and bodies on the floor, grabbing out for handles). Sandra who was seated next to Mike banged her head on part of the cockpit, which Mike didn't realise about until he'd turned around.

Scubakid and I joined the Yarmouth end of the trip as "Panther" Cath and Yvonne were doing their PB2 at Calshot

While you all returned to the Marina we were out in a force 9/10 doing our PB2 course at Calshot
It looks "calm" here! but not far away were mighty waves - we did have a bit of a scare at one point as the boat went vertical off the top of a wave, landed, filled with water and the engine stalled  Luckily it started straight away and we returned to shore for a quick coffee to calm our nerves!

- you've got a good picture of the "Extreme Ribsters" Daniel and Dylan, and one of their RIB (orange hull & grey tubes), moored between the Selva and the Scorpion. And "Flyte" as well.
