Whales and waves

Headed out for a run in the Zodiac 550 pro tour with my 14yr old daughter, plan was to snorkel for a few lobsters but the swell was a little to big over the offshore reefs. Made for a few good shots from her compact, she even managed to get a few shots of some of the humpbacks migrating up the coast at the moment.

Love the way this little Zodiac handles among the swell

Jon

Those are the areas we snorkel for lobsters and abalone, the tougher the spot the less impact they have. As you can well imagine we often get hammered in the surf losing masks and tearing wetsuits etc.
