who can identify the make and model of this rib?

long story short, the rib was confiscated by french police for smuggling drugs from uk to France ;-)

a Frenchman bought it at an auction with no SN # OR builder plate.

is now looking for the manufacturer. ( he came to parker , but it's not a Parker)
