Why you shouldn't leave a speedboat anchored in category 8 sea conditions.

Someone failed to remove their new speedboat from Frobisher Bay or at least anchor it in the sheltered area behind the giant breakwater. It was recovered after a week on the bottom using an air bladder inside the poor vessel. Apparently it had twin 454's but just wasn't a suitable boat for these sea conditions obviously. Probably the first and last speedboat to be operated in these waters.

I regrettably sold my RIB but will buy a larger one once I'm finished university.

Photographs taken a week later in only cat. 5.

Where the hell ya been??? Are you currently in Winnipeg? PM me & if you're in town, let's go for some beers.

BTW - It looks like someone went a little off course from Miami Beach. Don't imagine that Scarabs are standard fare in the arctic.
